Robbie Biddy - General Manager
Robbie has been in the automotive business since 1983. The first organization he worked at for 12 years and advanced from sales to General Manager. In 1995, he moved to Silsbee and became General Manager for Donalson Motor Company. In 2000, Robbie began running Silsbee Ford and Silsbee Toyota. Robbie is very proud of the employees at Silsbee Ford and Silsbee Toyota. The staff is wonderful, they work hard, and are very ethical & moral with our business practices. He values his small town, Christian up bringing, and believes he has the greatest parents in the world. Robbie and his wife Cheryl live outside of Kountze, Tx. He loves Southeast Texas and working with the Donalson family has been a pleasure.

David King - New Vehicle Sales Manager
David's father was a parts manager at a Chevrolet dealership for many years so he grew up around a dealership most of his life. He started like everyone does at a dealership on the wash rack at age 14. He began in sales in 1986 at a small dealership in west Texas becoming GM after 4 years and was in that position for many years. He got out of the automotive industry for a couple years until Robbie Biddy contacted him and asked if he would move to Silsbee to work for him along with Mr. Donalson. David has enjoyed working for a company that treats their customers like you want people to treat you!
Jim Terry - Pre-Owned Sales Manager
Jim Terry has over 46 years of automotive experience. Jim started at his father's used car lot in Corpus Christi, Tx at the age of 14. He continued to work with his father at Creveling Dodge through high school. Jim went to work for Chrylser Financial in October of 1973 and worked for them for 30 years. Jim has been with the Silsbee Ford family for 9 years and counting.
Rodney Gray - Finance Manger
Rodney has over 16 years of automotive experience. Rodney came to Silsbee Ford in 2002 expecting to stay in Southeast Texas for only 1 year. He liked the area so much that he decided to make it his home. He would like to personally thank all of our customers for their business. He would also like to let our future customers know that we make the auto buying process a pleasure here at Silsbee Ford.

Dale Standley
Dale Standley is a professional sales consultant and is in his 11th year at Silsbee Ford. With over 25 years in service to his customers in Southeast Texas, he understands his main job is to be a provider of information. He takes great pride in knowing the products he represents and can answer your questions accurately. His main goal is to provide a "best experience ever" purchase.
Jason French
Jason was a golf professional in the Lakes Area. Wanting to make a career change and to a larger market, he made Silsbee Ford his home in 2009. Jason's main goal is to make your vehicle purchasing experience like a great golf lesson, catered to each individuals wants and needs!
Mike Andrus
Mike Andrus moved to Silsbee, TX in 1987. He started in the automotive industry at Caraway Auto Center shortly thereafter developing a good reputation with his customer base as a Service Advisor. He left the automotive industry to become a small business owner. After seven years of being a small business owner, he coudn't resist getting back in the automotive industry. Mike's main goal is to treat his clients with honesty and courtesy.
Ryan Bishop
Ryan was born and raised in Beaumont, Tx. He is a graduate of West Brook High School and Lamar University. He also owns a local pest control company and joined the Silsbee Ford Family in 2011.
